Can I carry out a technical check in advance?

You can carry out a technical check in advance to make sure that everything works properly during the online seminar.
Click on the green "Participate" button for your booked event in the customer portal and you will be taken directly to the Learning Space. If you see the page for your training course, then the login has worked. Now please test whether the conference room (see menu on the left) is working. You will recognize this in advance by the message "Meeting has not yet started". Then you are well prepared for your online participation.

No, our Learning Space supports all standard PC microphones and loudspeakers as well as dial-in via telephone.
However, working with a PC headset is much more convenient for online seminars.

The online seminars take place online, live and interactively. They are controlled and held by our speakers. You as a participant take part from different locations on your end devices. You will see presentation documents and listen to our speakers' presentations via Internet telephony (VoIP) or the classic telephone connection. You also have the opportunity to ask questions directly via the audio connection or in the chat.

The event will take place live and interactively via our Learning Space, in which the Zoom application is integrated (no software installation required!). The speaker is very much looking forward to the event with you. In order to be able to conduct this event interactively and to ensure the exchange, camera and sound are required.

You log in to the customer portal at members.forum-institut.de/login with your user name (e-mail address) and password. Please ensure that you have access to the customer portal before the day of the event. On the day of the event, you can start your online training in the customer portal directly in the respective event by clicking on the "Participate" button.

Please use a current version of your browser. We recommend the use of Microsoft Edge. You need a stable internet connection. Please do not use a VPN connection. Please check in advance that your microphone or headset and camera are working.

Get to know our Learning Space and gain confidence: You can take part in one of our PreMeetings free of charge, registration is not required. You can find the dates and access data for our PreMeetings in your customer account. A PreMeeting offers you the opportunity to get to know our Learning Space better. It is a non-binding offer for all customers and is not a prerequisite for your participation. If no PreMeeting date suits you, but you would like a technology check in advance, please contact us.

Are you a specialist lawyer for employment law? This seminar meets the training requirements according to § 15 FAO. For this purpose, you must leave your video camera switched on during the online seminar so that we can check your continuous attendance.
