You can carry out a technical check in advance to make sure that everything works properly during the online seminar.
Click on the green "Participate" button for your booked event in the customer portal and you will be taken directly to the Learning Space. If you see the page for your training course, then the login has worked. Now please test whether the conference room (see menu on the left) is working. How does it work?
The online seminars take place online, live and interactively. They are controlled and held by our speakers. You as a participant take part from different locations on your end devices. You will see presentation documents and listen to our speakers' presentations via Internet telephony (VoIP) or the classic telephone connection. You also have the opportunity to ask questions directly via the audio connection or in the chat.

The event will take place live and interactively via our Learning Space, in which the Zoom application is integrated (no software installation required!). The speaker is very much looking forward to the event with you. In order to be able to conduct this event interactively and to ensure the exchange, camera and sound are required.

You log in to the customer portal at members.forum-institut.de/login with your user name (e-mail address) and password. Please ensure that you have access to the customer portal before the day of the event.
