Alexander Meier is a German trained lawyer with more than 25 years of relevant professional experience, specialised in European and German pharmaceutical law concerning research, development, authorisation and commercialisation of medicinal products and medical devices.
He started his professional career in 2000 in Munich (DE) and worked both as outside counsel for various law firms as well as for over 13 years as an in-house lawyer, including for Novartis and Moderna. In February 2026 Alexander Meier joined the law firm Morgan, Lewis & Bockius as Partner in their Munich office.
Alexander Meier is the author of numerous publications, a regular speaker at international conferences, and lecturer at the CEIPI of the University of Strasbourg (FR).

With over seven years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry and another seven years in association work, she combines hands-on expertise in pharmaceutical manufacturing and quality processes with a strong background in health policy and regulatory affairs at both national and European levels.
Previously, she served as Head of Quality Department in the pharmaceutical industry, where she gained extensive experience in regulatory processes within pharmaceutical manufacturing and quality control. Anna Wehage holds a Master's degree in Drug Regulatory Affairs from the University of Bonn and a Diploma in Biology from the Technical University of Kaiserslautern.

Dr. Angela Vogt-Eisele has over 15 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry supporting nonclinical and clinical development programs for small molecule drugs, advanced therapy medicinal products, biologics, food supplements and medical devices. One of her central areas of expertise lies in the field of environmental risk assessments (Europe, USA and world-wide).
Prior to joining Cencora PharmaLex, Angela worked at Sygnis Bioscience GmbH as head of the in vitro department (2007-2012) being responsible for research and development in the area of stroke and dementia.
Dr. Angela Vogt-Eisele holds a Diploma in Biology (University of Tübingen, focus: Molecular Genetics, Biochemistry, Immunology) and a doctoral degree (Dr. rer.nat, Max-Planck-Institute for Polymer Research and University of Mainz).
