e-Cohesion 2021-2017 vs e-Cohesion 2014-2020

e-Cohesion is an initiative in the larger context of simplificaiton of ESI Funds administration. It aims to facilitate the electronic exchange of information between beneficiaries of Cohesion policy programmes and programme authorities. Annex XIV of the CPR 2021-2027 outlines the new requirements for e-cohesion systems. For an overview of the main changes in the new programming period see page 62 of the European Commission, Directorate-General for Regional and Urban Policy, Evaluation of e-cohesion 2014-2020 – Final report, Publications Office of the European Union, 2022, https://data.europa.eu/doi/10.2776/455002. The report also presents key findings for 2014 - 2020.

Mr. Christian Bercker of rechenwerk GmbH, one of the authors of the report, will lead our seminar and explain the main issues for IT tools in programme implementation relevant for both EU and national funding. Watch out interview with Christian: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xuEZOmk_m3s&t=5s
