The High Performing Teams workshop ignites a transformation journey, moving teams beyond traditional ways of working toward a dynamic, high-performing culture built on trust, fueled by inspiration, and driven by empowerment. Learn how to implement the 8 key principles of High Performing Teams in your area now.
The High Performing Teams workshop aims to transform teams from traditional working methods to a High Performing Team team by fostering trust, inspiration and empowerment.
By applying eight principles - such as mutual trust, clear planning, synergy through cooperation and continuous development - teams are encouraged to create deeper connections and an environment of psychological safety. The focus is on proactively finding solutions, taking responsibility and setting the right priorities through effective time management. Conflicts are seen not as obstacles, but as opportunities for growth, with empathy and win-win solutions at the forefront. Teams will learn to view setbacks as learning processes and continuously improve, while integrating new insights and routines into their daily work.
The long-term goal is to not only build a High Performing Team but also establish a culture that leads to greater engagement, effectiveness and empathy in both professional and personal contexts.

On the day of the event, you can start your online training in the customer portal directly in the respective event by clicking on the "Participate" button.
The documentation for the event and any additional working documents for downloading and/or printing are available for you in the Learning Space no later than one day before the start of the training. Some seminars are followed by additional documents (workshop results, etc.). You will also find these in our Learning Space together with your certificate after your participation.
