Dr Sebastian Werner is a Market Access and HTA Specialist at the vfa (German Association of Research-Based Pharmaceutical Companies) and serves there as an expert on benefit assessment and market access issues, with a focus on EU HTA and EU market regulations. Previously, he worked, among other roles, in the drug assessment department at IQWiG and conducted research at the Max Planck Institute for Biological Cybernetics and the Hertie Institute for Clinical Brain Research. He is a psychologist and a neuroscientist specialising in neuro- and behavioural sciences.
