Optimizing the closure of operational programs can often feel like a daunting and arduous task. Allow us to simplify your workload.
The closure of the 2014-2020 Operational Programmes is a comprehensive process that involves finalising all aspects of the EU-funded projects and ensuring they are completed in accordance with EU regulations. This process ensures accountability, transparency, and the proper documentation of outcomes and lessons learned, setting the stage for future funding cycles and programs.
The closure process presents many challenges, such as managing complex projects across sectors and/or regions, producing accurate and comprehensive final reports and documentation, and coordinating with all stakeholders.
Our seminar aims to prepare attendees for a smooth closure process of operational programmes by providing essential knowledge and hands-on guidance in financial management, control, and audit. After this seminar, you will be able to identify the main issues in the Closure process and submit the documents in compliance with the EU regulations and guidelines.
