The law speaks of "trusting cooperation". In practice, however, it takes hard work on both sides to achieve or maintain this level of trust when dealing with the works council and its members. The right approach and strategic negotiation skills in dealing with the works council are essential for the employer.
This e-Learning offers basic knowledge and numerous practical tips under consideration of the case law. The aim of the e-Learning is to impart basic knowledge on the cooperation with the works council - from its establishment and day-today cooperation to resolving conflicts with the works council and its members on a best-practice basis.
